Nadine asked me: What is gluten free? Here is my answer: The foods that coeliacs’ are allergic to are wheat, rye, barley and oats. These foods can be replaced by corn, rice, nuts, fruit and vegetables. These foods are a blend of very good, nutrition. As you can probably see, a coeliac’s diet is pretty healthy! Hi wee have gust finished doing a presaintation on you and your mums book.It was so muth fun and everyone liked the pic’s of you and youre mum i am so glad we are friends now and my granny left you a coment on youre wiki.we think you look very pretty and fell so sorry you have coeliacs and sorry if i have spelt it wrong.I gust wish i could meet you in person but i dont think thats going to happen.Please look on ma blog and keep me poasted!
